Olive Oil. The Prince at every mealtime in these rolling hills, a millenary tradition and the first to be certified as a product of excellence in Italy… Sabina Dop.
Hiking through evocative places is the preparatory work, getting the senses ready for the special grape nectars of Italy’s Lazio region and the delicacies based on the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Along this extraordinary path we will encounter the Abbey of Farfa and its quaint village, the Renaissance hamlets of Fara Sabina and Toffia and the ruins of Monte S. Martino, but the best comes at the end of the day: top quality wines and homemade food tasting. This is a journey and we want to do it right, we’ll stay in a cozy place with a welcoming hostess and a mentor who will open the door to the secrets and the essence of wine: a professional sommelier.
